Three women that influenced her sound growing up included: Bonnie Raitt, Martina McBride, and The Old Red-Backed Hymnal.

She was selected to sing the national anthem at Phillips Arena for the Atlanta Hawks, as well as at Turner Field for the Atlanta Braves game.  Also recently nominated for The 2014 Georgia Country Music Awards as up and coming Female Artist of the Year! The 2014 Georgia Country Awards will be held November 15th at The 120 Tavern & Music Hall in Marietta, Ga.
