It Was Never You — Ending the Cycle of Extraction, Anchoring Sovereign Love

A powerful healing transmission on breaking the cycle of extraction, reclaiming sovereignty, healing the mother wound, and anchoring self-worth and embodied love.

This has never been a war against the flesh.

It has never been a war against the human heart.

It is a war against the program

the system designed to extract, consume, deplete,

and sever humanity from each other,

from themselves,

and from Spirit — the Great I AM.

The Earth has remained faithful

neutral, steady, nourishing,

breathing life back into us,

even as we forgot to offer love in return.

We are not here to fight people.

We are here to break the spell.

We are here to remember the covenant:

with the Earth,

with each other,

with the Most High.

This is the restoration.

This is the uprising of sovereign hearts.

This is the awakening of the sovereign women and men

those anchored in the universal truths

carried by mystics, sages, shamans, prophets, Christ himself,

and the women throughout history

Mary Magdalene, Boudicca, Joan of Arc, the Desert Mothers,

indigenous grandmothers, seers, healers, rebels, and saints

whose names were erased or diminished,

yet whose truths live on in the bones, blood, and breath

of this great awakening.

Truth, love, reciprocity, mercy, and alignment

with the Great Source known by many names

the Most High, the Great I AM, God, Allah, Spirit, Creator, YHWH.

The Root Wound

It all begins with the Mother.

Not just our personal mothers,

but the Mother as archetype, as vessel, as field.

For generations, women have been asked to carry, nourish, and hold

more than any human should be asked to bear

to tend not only the physical needs of others,

but the emotional, spiritual, and energetic weight

of families, communities, systems, and nations.

And all of this, often without true reciprocity,

without acknowledgment,

without being poured into with the same fullness they are expected to give.

This is the root wound:

the silent expectation that the feminine will endlessly pour,

while no one asks, Who is filling her?

Most women (and the men shaped by them)

are not dysregulated because something is wrong with them.

They are dysregulated because they were born inside systems

that normalize extraction from the feminine,

the body, the Earth

and call it love.

But love without reciprocity is not love.

It is depletion dressed in devotion.

Honoring the Women of Spirit

We stand on the shoulders of women whose names the world remembers —

Mary Magdalene, Boudicca, Joan of Arc, the Desert Mothers —

and countless others whose names were written over, erased, or lost to empire,

but whose truths are not lost.

Their wisdom lives on in our blood.

Their prayers breathe through us.

Their fierce devotion to Spirit, justice, healing, and love

is the ancestral flame lighting this great awakening.

We are not starting this work.

We are continuing it.

Real-Life Examples That Teach the Wisdom

On airplanes, flight attendants are now guided by a new policy:

they are no longer required to lift passengers’ bags.

Not because they lack strength

but because even the strongest bodies

can experience injury from repeated strain over time.

Passengers are invited to tag bags that are too heavy for them to lift,

because we are all learning the same truth:

we can no longer carry what we didn’t pack

without risking our own health and well-being.

In an emergency decompression,

we are told: “Put your own oxygen mask on first.”

Not because we are selfish —

but because without breath,

we have no life to give.

One mother shared:

She noticed her babysitter struggling to say no.

She sat with her — for a full hour —

gently inviting her to practice saying no,

even with the hard asks.

These are the quiet revolutions.

These are the living examples

of what it means to rebuild

a world where balance, not extraction,

becomes the foundation of love.

The Wisdom of the Ringing Cedars

The Ringing Cedars remind us:

The Earth is not a passive resource;

she is a living, conscious being.

She responds to the frequency of our thoughts,

our words,

our love.

When we bring our pure intentions,

our joy, our gratitude,

our songs, our prayers,

we co-create with the Earth,

and she flourishes alongside us.

This is not superstition —

it is the great remembering:

we were always meant to walk in reciprocal harmony

with the land,

with each other,

and with Spirit.

Restoring Sovereign Love

Restoring sovereign love means integrating mind, body, Earth, and Spirit into a harmonious existence.

It is a holistic return

a remembering that each part is connected, each part sacred.

True well-being comes not from domination or extraction,

but from nurturing each element, tending each relationship starting with the relationship we have with ourselves, as all others reflect this,

and honoring the living web that holds us.

The 7 Essene Mirrors: From Womb to World

1. The Mirror of the Moment:

Life reveals what’s ready to heal.

2. The Mirror of Judgment:

What triggers you reveals where you’re ready to break free.

3. The Mirror of What You Gave Away:

Notice where you’ve over-given your time, energy, or self.

4. The Mirror of Forgotten Love:

Feel the longing to return to right relationship with self, others, Earth, and Source.

5. The Mirror of Father/Mother:

See where the dance of masculine and feminine within has fallen out of balance.

6. The Mirror of the Dark Night:

Honor the grief and rupture that come before renewal.

7. The Mirror of Self-Perception:

See yourself anew — as worthy, sovereign, and whole.

How to Trust Your Intuition and Recognize True Alignment

• Come back to your body:

Ask, “Do I feel expanded, alive, and at peace in this space — or do I feel drained and contracted?”

• Track how you feel after interactions:

Supportive people leave you regulated and nourished.

Extractive people leave you depleted, tense, or confused.

• Notice who respects your no:

The right people — and the right systems — honor freedom, not control.

• Practice micro-honesty:

Start small:

“No thank you.”

“I need rest.”

“I’m not available for that.”

The Call of This Hour

This is not rebellion.

This is restoration.

The healing of the feminine body

is the healing of the Earth.

The rising of the sovereign man

is the protection of what is holy.

The restoration of the womb and the land

is the return to balance.

As the Ringing Cedars remind us:

When we return to right relationship within,

when we bring our joy, our gratitude,

and our presence to the Earth and each other,

life flourishes.

Boundaries are not a wall against love.

They are the architecture of balance.

Because only when we are fully allowed to exist

can love — and life — fully return.

Here’s the truth:

Our unhealthy relationships — especially romantic ones — are just mirrors of the relationship we have with ourselves.

And the real question is this:

Will you tolerate relationships that reflect your wound,

or will you honor your worth —

and release them with love,

trusting that new relationships are ready to align with this new belief and embodiment?

We are redefining love — from giving at our own expense to allowing others to meet us where we are.

True generosity flows from overflow, from the abundance that comes through connection to God’s love. And when we live from that place, our presence reminds others of what they, too, carry inside.

When I felt unworthy, what helped me heal was not people fixing or judging me, but people loving and accepting me as I was.

Compassion is crucial.

It softens the armor.

It opens the door to real transformation.

I have done enough.

I have enough.

I am enough.

Heaven on Earth is anchored when we remember our worth and embody it.

May these words be carried on the winds of love,

rooted in truth, anchored in compassion,

and offered in the spirit of healing.

May every heart that finds this message

remember their own enoughness.

May the seeds of balance, worth, and harmony

take root in the lives of those ready to receive.

I release this post as a living prayer —

for myself, my lineage, and the collective.

It is blessed. It is done. It is so.

This is my altar. If you’ve received medicine from my words, presence, or fire, you are invited to give in return.
