Releasing to Rise: Calling In Aligned Relationships and Sovereign Community

Sometimes the deepest healing doesn’t happen in the rupture. It happens in the clarity that comes after.

It’s taken me time — and truthfully, a lot of heartbreak — to understand that letting go of relationships is not always a failure. Sometimes it’s the most sacred and necessary act of love we can offer ourselves, and sometimes even those we release.

Over the past year, I’ve walked through the pain of releasing relationships that no longer fit the truth of who I am becoming. Friendships, partnerships, and connections that once held meaning began to feel heavy, mismatched, or out of sync. At first, I questioned myself: Did I give enough? Did I love well? Did I fail?

But here’s what I’ve learned: loss can be medicine. When we let go of what no longer aligns, we create space for the connections we were always meant to carry forward.

What I now call in

From this space of reflection, I’ve become crystal clear about the kinds of relationships — whether with friends, partners, collaborators, or community — I am ready to welcome into my life:

Relationships built on energetic alignment, not just polite words or surface kindness Mutual love, respect, and reciprocity Emotional honesty and truth-telling without fear or collapse Brave accountability and repair when rupture happens Support for growth, expansion, and personal evolution Sacred respect for each other’s body, home, time, and creative work Joy, play, celebration, and ease alongside the deep Spiritually awake, heart-centered companions walking the path of awakening together

What I now release

To make room for this new season, I consciously let go of:

Energetic mismatches and polite dissonance One-sided caretaking or over-functioning Relationships that dim, drain, or distort my light Soul contracts that have already fulfilled their purpose

A collective affirmation

This is not just my prayer — it’s a collective invitation for anyone walking this same path:

We are worthy of relationships that nourish and honor us.

We are safe to rise in our sovereignty without losing love.

We are ready to co-create a world of authentic connection, fierce grace, and joyful reciprocity.

May we all call in the friendships, partnerships, and soul family that meet us where we are — and walk beside us as we become who we were always meant to be.
