Rage as Fuel: Returning to the Garden of Self

This is for the women reclaiming their voice after lifetimes of silence, may these words not retraumatize, but transmute.

Many of our mothers were born into environments that lacked safety, homes shaped by control, fear, or abuse. They made choices from those unhealed spaces. Not because they didn’t love us, but because they didn’t have the tools, the self-awareness, or the level of consciousness we have access to now.

Some become the monsters they once faced. But some, some transform them with love. It’s never too late to transform with love.

This is how the cycle continues, until someone chooses to break it with love over fear.

Let us be the ones.

Let us turn blame into blessing.

Let our stories become scrolls, gifting wisdom coded in love.

Let this be the map that guides us from victim to victor.

Most women were taught to caretake before they knew how to connect to self, identify their needs, or if they were even allowed to express them.

They accommodate others at their own expense.

They learn to mask their emotions to avoid punishment, to stay safe, to survive.

For many, this began before memory could fully form.

Violations of body, boundaries, and trust, some as early as 3 years old.

Most women don’t speak about what happened.

They smile to cover tears.

They perform to keep the peace.

They live on autopilot, still operating in a subconscious state of survival.

But survival is not your final form.

This isn’t your fault.

And now, it becomes your power.

If you once escaped into silence, into stillness, into daydreams of not existing…

That was your spirit protecting what was sacred.

And now?

Now you return.

Not to who you were told to be.

But to who you’ve always been.

You don’t need to be perfect to begin.

You just need to choose to come home to yourself. Your inner child is waiting.

This is your path back to wholeness:

1. Regulate

Nature is your friend. Let Her hold you.

Walk barefoot. Breathe with the trees. Soak in the sun.

These are not luxuries, they are lifelines.

Use grounding techniques to reset your vagal nervous system.

Let your body feel safe enough to begin again.

2. Identify

Your boundaries begin where your anger arises.

That irritation? That frustration? Sacred intel.

It tells you a need is unmet, a line crossed.

Honor your capacity.

It’s not weakness to leave what harms you.

It’s wisdom.

3. Communicate

You were taught to be palatable.

To perform. To please.

But you weren’t born to be digestible.

You were born to be powerful.

Speak, even if your voice shakes.

Even if it’s messy. Especially if it’s real.

Sovereignty is saying what’s true and letting others rise or fall away.

4. Create

You get to design the world your inner child never had.

I chose a kind, soft-spoken man to father my daughter

because that’s what my little girl needed.

Now, witnessing them together heals something deep in me.

That’s quantum healing.

Even witnessing what you once needed can rewrite the story.

5. Embody

You don’t need to do more to be worthy.

You need to remember who you are.

Hold your inner child’s hand.

Love her until the shadows melt back into light.

For me, Christ is my center, my stillness.

Through every storm, He is my root.

And here’s the truth they rarely say aloud:

Rage is real.

It’s not a mask. It’s not a flaw.

It’s the fire that rises when truth has been silenced too long.

We were punished for expressing it.

Taught to smile through betrayal.

But rage is not dysfunction.

It is honest.

It is holy.

When harnessed with love, rage becomes fuel.

It burns away the lie that you ever had to shrink to be safe.

It becomes the power that births your new becoming.

It grows gardens from ash.

Your pain is not your identity.

It is your initiation.

It is the spark that forges you into something whole.

You are not too much.

You are ready.

You don’t need to be saved.

You just need to remember:

You are the one you were waiting for.

Touch the Earth. Breathe with trees. Watch the clouds move.

Slow exhales. Humming. Lion’s breath. Sound clears stuck energy and reawakens your voice.

3. Mirror Work with the Inner Child

Look into your own eyes and say: “I see you. I’m not leaving you. You are safe with me.”

This creates repair in real time.

4. Rage Rituals (Sacred Anger Expression)

Scream into a pillow, primal dance, write the truth unfiltered.

Rage becomes fuel when given a conscious outlet.

5. Nervous System Repatterning (Polyvagal-Based)

Use gentle stimulation tools like cold water on the face, vagus nerve massage, or the butterfly hug.

These calm trauma responses at the root level.

6. Spiritual Anchoring (Prayer, Christ, or Soul Guides)

Choose a still point—Christ, Gaia, Higher Self, Ancestors—something unshakable.

Let this presence be your mirror of truth when distortions arise.

7. Rewrite the Story (Conscious Reparenting)

What did you need and never receive?

Create it now through actions, affirmations, and loving self-boundaries.

This reprograms your entire field.

I repurpose and channel my fire into writing, movement, or prayer, transforming it into a force for healing and creation.

It no longer consumes. It clarifies.

It does not scream. It strikes the match of discernment.

And I bless the part of me that once burned through fear instead of love

She led me back home to the flame within.

And now, I carry that fire with grace.
